Minutes: Minutes are to be read at each district meeting and Executive Board Meeting or mailed out/e-mailed ahead of time.

Will call for approval of minutes at each meeting.

Reports of Officers

1. Resignation of Bob Hisserich - Matt read Bob’s resignation letter.

2. Lincoln Day Dinner - It was a big success! 175 People attended. Joe Brown from District 18 was named “Volunteer of the Year”!

3. County EGC Meeting - Matt attended the county’s Republican Executive Guidance Committee meeting. Items from that will be covered in “New Business”.

Q. Do we/should we have a “PC Recruitment” committee?

New Business

1. Opening created by Bob’s resignation. Cannot appoint a replacement until we call for interested people. Joe Brown is a potential candidate for this opening.
2. Need to do a better job of working with MCC College Republicans. They make it possible for us to meet at MCC.

Dave Richins, the college advisor, has moved to Gateway CC. We now need to contact the assistant advisor. Need to recruit a new club advisor.

3. The state or county is offering a “bounty” of $2 for any newly registered Republican voters in our area, if we turn in the voter registration form through Matt.
