Executive Board Members
Present: Jeff Groscost, Joanne Knowles,
Paul Knowles, Linda Ash, Galen Updike, Mary Jo Vecchiarelli
Absent: Joe Brown, Fred Ash
Executive Board Meetings
The meetings will be changed to the second Friday of the
month. We will meet at 8:30 am at Linda Ash’s house.
January
Meetings
We will not meet on the third Thursday of the Month in
January due to the County & State Party meetings.
County & State Committeemen need to be reminded of
the meetings in January. there is a list on the web-site.(members)

are necessary for absent members.
Credentials
and Tallies
Jeff appointed Matt Tolman to the C&T committee. We
need one more member.
Pat
Olderod needs to have the names of the committee members.

Jeff requested that a map and parking code for our monthly meetings
be posted on our web-site.

The topic will be the City Elections

Meeting
Adoption of the by-laws.
Mary Jo will get the Knowles a copy to post on the
web-site.
We will adopt the by-laws at the March meting.
After the bylaws are adopted we will have new elections.
Meeting notice needs to go out 10 days prior to the
election.
State Party Holiday Event

College Republicans
JT has established the College Republican Club at MCC.
Our room will no longer have a fee assessed.
Bills are Paid
Jeff indicated that our bills have been paid.
